You have inspired me to realise a few things, and I would like to share something with you – something I have only achieved thanks to Aurora and regular twerking. 🙏💖

Four years ago, I started twerking with Aurora at JR – without any previous experience, stiff as a board (see video). 😂 But in Twerkout, I not only found fun and an intense workout, but also huge inspiration. Aurora not only taught us movements, but also gave us a safe space where we could finally feel feminine again in our own, authentic way.

She knocked it out of my head that it was ‘inappropriate’ for a 35-year-old mother to move so freely and exuberantly. On the contrary – that dancing is a fucking must-have that every woman needs to feel authentic and truly be herself.

In this video, I didn’t yet know that real feminine energy comes from the pelvic floor and that twerking would change my self-image, my sexuality and my self-confidence.

All of this happened quite naturally – simply because I trusted the magical space she created for us.

And now, in the picture, I’m standing on a real stage for the first time in my life, half naked 😂together with you, and enjoying it to the fullest. 🍑🔥👯‍♀️👯‍♀️👯‍♀️🥰

I would like to tell you what an impact you have had on my life. I am the mother of a young child, and after the birth of my daughter, it took me two years to be able to look at myself in the mirror again and feel reasonably comfortable in my own body.

A few months later, I happened to start your twerkout class at the John Reed Women’s Club – and from the very beginning, I was thrilled by your incredible energy, which is both calm and wild at the same time. At first, I thought the class was a cool and intense workout with good music, but after a short time, I realised what a profound impact it had on me.

I would like to share with you what I told my friends and family at the time:
You have not only helped me discover a wonderful new passion, but also ignited a whole new sense of self-confidence in me. Every time, I observed myself – and the other women in the class – feeling sexy and alive while dancing. And I’m pretty sure that some of these women are only half as confident outside as they are in your class. That is entirely down to you – no question about it.

I cannot emphasise enough how incredibly enriching Aurora’s twerking classes are. As a woman who has already had children and is now dealing with postnatal recovery again, I have realised how important it is to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles – and what could be better than working on this with fun and music? Through twerking classes, Aurora not only helps to specifically activate these important muscle groups, but also connects us women with our own strength and femininity. It’s simply a fantastic way to rediscover your body, to connect with its sensuality and attractiveness, no matter how you feel physically.

What’s particularly nice is that this course goes far beyond physical fitness. It’s also about accepting yourself – in all your forms, even if you have a little extra on your hips. The course helps you to perceive your own body positively and be proud of it. It’s amazing how much twerking strengthens not only the body but also self-confidence. It gives you the feeling of being connected to your strength and courage and celebrating your own energy.
