After 10 weeks, not only will your fitness and flexibility have improved, you will also feel sensual and comfortable in your own skin, your self-confidence will have increased, and you will have learned a complete burlesque chair dance choreography that is ready for the stage. The whole thing is rounded off by a wonderful experience, because you will perform the result together with the group and your trainer in a Cabaret Elysion show in Berlin!
A certain level of basic fitness is required!
This workshop can be booked individually or as a group. For example, for family events, women’s groups, hen parties, birthday parties, festivals, events and much more.
