It is a matter close to my heart to guide women towards their sensuality and their own experience of sexiness.
Your sexual energy is your creativity and your life energy! Awakening your inner goddess, proudly showing her to the outside world, empowering yourself, feeling strong and beautiful as a woman, enjoying your own sexuality and your own body, just for yourself as a woman – that is the goal of my numerous training courses and workshops.
Through experiencing and strengthening your own pelvic floor, blessing and healing your womb, my courses offer you the opportunity to strengthen your own life energy, increase your zest for life, balance your emotions and feel free, happy and at home in your own body.
The workshops include dance training, such as chair dance, twerking and Latin Lady Style, and are wonderfully complemented by Taoist meditations.

All my workshops and training sessions help you as a woman to connect with your body, ground yourself and feel sensual and beautiful in your own skin. You will not only gain physical fitness, but also self-love, self-confidence, joie de vivre and energy.
The goal of my work is to enrich your life, to unfold or strengthen a perhaps still undiscovered aspect of yourself, and to guide you to your true essence.

Chairdance
Elegance meets sensuality.
Learn a sensual chair dance choreography with elements of burlesque, sexy floorwork and light acrobatics. You will not only learn a choreography, but also receive ‘Sensual Dance Embodiment Coaching’.
Tao.Twerking
Unleash your life energy!
Here, we consciously focus on sexual liberation and letting go of shame through twerking. With the Tao Twerk method I developed, we don’t just shake our bottoms, but find a deep connection to our pelvic floor and the primal force that sets this hip isolation in motion from an inner motivation.
Lapdance

Here, I will open up and maintain a safe space for you where you can surrender yourself. I will show you a sensual and seductive dance combination for a partner on a chair, combined with light strip elements and sexy floorwork.
